Key Account Manager

Job description

One of the homegrown FMCG player is seeking for a Key Account Manager to join their team!


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to drive growth, achieve targets, and align promotions.
2. Strategize and create sales plan to align with outlets and ensure smooth coordination.
3. Work closely with marketing team to devleop promotions and improve in-store visibility.
4. Manage trade spend and monitor revenue to ensure timely collection of payment.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts as well as reports.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business or similar.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG or similar industry (experience handling food & beverage portfolio will be an added advantage).
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to communicate in Mandarin will be advantageous).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in account management.
