Key Account Manager

Job description

Join an established market leader within FMCG as their Key Account Manager for one of their largest sales channels.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with respective customer accounts to drive sales growth.
2. Conduct research and identify market opportunities & trends to increase market share.
3. Prepare annual sales plan and strategies to achieve channel goals.
4. Improve shopper experience through collaboration with marketing team to develop promotions and in-store visbility.
5. Work closely with other sales and marketing stakeholders to achieve omnichannel engagement.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business or similar.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG, retail, or similar industry. Prior experience handling Modern Trade or similar is an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in account management.
