IT Business Consultant (FI)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Partner with financial services clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and technology requirements.
• Solution Development: Design customized IT solutions that meet clients' specific business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Project Leadership: Manage the implementation of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Industry Insight: Stay informed about the latest trends and regulatory changes in the financial services industry to provide expert advice.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, project teams, and senior management.
• Training & Support: Offer training and ongoing support to clients on new systems and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA) are advantageous.
• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on the financial services industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Deep understanding of financial services regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work in Agile environment.
  • Knowledge in Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, ServiceNow, Tablue is a plus.
