Internal Audit Manager/ Assistant Manager

This company is a congromarate company based in Selangor, looking for an experience Internal Audit Manager to play a key role in strengthening their internal controls and corporate governance.

About your role

• In this role, you will manage a small team and report to the Audit Committee.
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal controls, financial reporting, and risk management processes, in alignment with KLSE listing regulations.
• You will oversee audits related to IPO readiness, reporting, and other corporate governance-related activities.
• Stay current with updates to KLSE regulations, governance standards, and industry best practices.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

• 5-8 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably in a Public Listed Company.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are a must.
• Exposure in ESG Reporting would be added advantage.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and a strong commitment to sustainability and corporate governance.
