Industrial Engineer

A fast-growing player in the semiconductor industry is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement across its manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive process optimization, focusing on efficiency, cost, and yield improvement.
• Analyze manufacturing data to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support capacity planning and resource optimization in line with production targets.
• Implement lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, value stream mapping, and Six Sigma.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Lead or support continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment optimization and downtime reduction.
• Contribute to cost reduction and operational performance improvement.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards.
• Promote a culture of safety and regulatory compliance in daily operations.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and lean manufacturing skills.
• Effective communicator and cross-functional team player.
• Familiarity with CAD and statistical analysis tools is a plus.
