Industrial Engineer

Our client is a Multinational Electronic manufacturer. They are seeking an Industrial Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain and enhance product quality standards.
• Production Planning: Assist in developing production schedules and resource allocation to meet customer demand.
• Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean principles and techniques to eliminate waste and streamline operations.
• Data Analysis: Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and supply chain, to drive process improvements and product innovation.
• Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate equipment maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and changes for regulatory compliance.
• Training: Provide training and guidance to production staff on new processes and best practices.
• Safety: Promote a culture of safety in the manufacturing environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing setting, preferably in sensor manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse groups of professionals.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
