IAM Engineer (SSO)

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using tools like CA SiteMinder, Azure SSO, and Ping Identity.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SSO, OIDC, and Federation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Involves analyzing, developing, installing, modifying, and supporting access management systems.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years with CA SiteMinder or Ping Identity, including federation.
  • 3+ years configuring Azure SSO, OIDC, and Ping tools.
  • Experience creating support and process documentation.
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and IT teams.
  • Experience in infrastructure patching, performance optimization, and dashboard setup.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow IT service management.
  • Knowledge of AI, Agile, and project management is a plus.
