Requirement & Qualifications

• 10 years experience in workforce planning, resource management
• Degree/Advanced degree in relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, HR)

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
*Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitive positioning and potential talent pools to inform recruitment strategies

• Develop comprehensive talent supply chain strategy aligned with business pipeline
• Identify capabilities gap and develop strategies to bridge through hiring or training
• Create and maintain talent pool mapping for critical technical capabilities
• Design and implement resource forecasting models for project demands
• Maintain talent capability matrix and skill inventory
• Ensure alignment between resource availability and service delivery SLAs
• Drive seamless onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility of employees
• Develop proactive resource contingency plans to address skill shortages
• Improve talent utilization while minimizing downtime and bench time
• Collaborate with HR, procurement, and practices to balance supply with delivery demand
• Ensure compliance with workforce policies

• Expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, and demand management
• Familiarity with sources of talent pool within the technology ecosystem
• Proficiency in resource management tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
• Knowledge of vendor management and contingent workforce strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with contract negotiations and procurement processes
• Experience in workforce policies and governance
