Head Data Management & Governance

Job Description:

* Leading enterprise-wide data governance & operations. with 2 portfolio- Data Literacy (training and communication) and Data Operation - Platform Operation & Analysis.
* Managing various delivery workstreams related to Data Governance (DG) including keeping track of activities schedules and reporting to senior stakeholders, CXO's & board.
* Develop Data governance & data Operation strategy & roadmap aligned to company vision, mission in continuing to support & govern over 20 millions customers and millions of company data.
* Create business case for departmental budget for departmental spending on tooling, services & etc. Optimizing Capex & Opex.

Requirements:

* Master's / Bachelor's Degree: IT, Business, Management, Science, or Engineering disciplines preferred
* 12 years & above of Data Governance and Operations experience with specific knowledge of data protection, quality, architecture, master data management and related business processes.
* Hands-on knowledge for Design, Build, Maintenance, Monitoring, Optimization of Enterprise Level of Data Governance and Data Management Frameworks.
* Experience in data engineering, probability and statistics, machine learning, experimental design, and optimization
* Experience in driving end to end data solutions and data management strategy across data and analytics platforms.
* Knowledge in optimizing usage of Data technologies and/or services for synergies/cost savings and monetization.
* Experience or knowledge in IT Technology infrastructure, operation, Cybersecurity, risk, compliance process and mandate.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
* Strong analytical capabilities
* Strategic thinker, able to work independently and as a team
* Good business understanding and experience in data governance & management, big data lakes/warehouses, APIs, Automation and AI/ML solutions / implementation
