Governance and Control Manager

My client is a well known foreign institution, with presence globally. As a Non-Financial Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization by identifying, mitigating, and monitoring non-financial risks. Your expertise in risk control and management will ensure a robust control environment, enhancing the organization's resilience against operational and information security risks.

Job Description

• Support the organization in identifying, mitigating, and monitoring Non-Financial Risks (NFR), ensuring an effective control environment.
• Oversee risk management activities including business information risks, employee conduct, COI, third-party management, Cyber Security, and Data.
• Lead the implementation of the Risk Control Assessment (RCA) framework, including trigger event monitoring, control assessments, and developing key risk indicators.

Qualification

• At least 8 years of banking experience, with a solid understanding of banking risk control and management to assess the effectiveness of Non-Financial Risk Management processes.
• Proven experience in managing and reviewing Operational Risk and Information Security Risks within the financial services sector; experience in Advisory Services is preferred.
