General Manager - Sales & Operations

Job description

Our client is one of the leading companies when it comes to the logistics industry. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a General Manager - Sales & Operations to join their growing company. This role will be based in Penang.





Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.





Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or anything relevant.
  • Strong knowledge in Sales and Operations within the Logistics industry.
  • Willing to work throughout the Penang state (island & mainland).
  • Experience in strategy, people management and business development.
