Finance System Lead (Retail)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analysis:

    • Work with stakeholders to understand needs and propose BPR solutions.
    • Lead BPR implementation, including system design, testing, data migration, and release management.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to support end-to-end processes, especially in finance and indirect procurement.
  • System Maintenance:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
    • Manage vendor resources and oversee critical processes (e.g., month-end close, payment processing).
    • Provide system support and training to users, improving efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Project Management:

    • Lead project scoping, planning, and management activities (e.g., issue, schedule, and resource management).
    • Oversee project phases: design, testing, deployment, and training.
    • Ensure smooth project releases by managing documentation, migration steps, and supporting go-live tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

    • Basic knowledge of SAP FICO modules.
    • Proficient in the latest technologies in the relevant domain.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Degree in Management, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
    • Strong collaboration skills between business and IT teams.
    • Excellent communication, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently.
    • Experience with finance SaaS platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Concur).
    • Familiarity with automation technologies like RPA.
