Finance Manager (Property & Construction)

About your company

This company is a large, diversified organization with multiple business divisions. They are currently looking for a Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations specifically for their Property and Construction division.

About your role

• This role will manage a small team and report to the Finance Controller and CFO.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that the accounting for new deals and contracts complies with IFRS standards.
• Responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Min 6-8 years of experience in Property and Construction industry.
• Fresh auditors are welcome to apply.
• Clear understanding of percentage of completion (POC) accounting (construction project accounting).
• Strong knowledge in IFRS and MFRS standards.
• Good internal & external stakeholders management skills in a fast-paced environment
