About our client:

This company is a well-known MNC in the manufacturing industry with multiple brand presence and partnerships across the globe. They are looking to hire a finance manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur to support the senior management, lead the finance team and work closely with the Head of Finance.

Your key responsibilities includes:

• Take charge of end-to-end reporting matters.
• Responsible for financial planning and analysis (budgeting & forecasting and provide insights to support strategic initiatives )
• Manage cost controlling, inventory management and profitability analysis for the business.
• Manage cash flowand work with operations and supply chain team to manage CAPEX.
• Ensure alignment of local processes and controllership compliance
• Manage and guide the finance team towards excellence
• Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in scope involving financial reporting, costing, and inventory management in manufacturing.
• Exposure in manufacturing industry.
• Experience using SAP system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
