Field Sales Manager

Job description

Our client is a market leader within the consumer goods industry globally. Join them as they seek for a Field Sales Manager to support the growth of the food service channel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead development of sales strategy and plans to drive business growth within the food service channel.
2. Build and maintain relationships with customer to ensure continuous improvement on processes and results.
3. Prepare monthly forecasts and reports to identify areas for growth and opportunities, as well as ensuring targets are met.
4. Conduct market reviews and research to gain a better understanding of consumer behaviour and finding areas for expansion.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business or similar.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development within the food industry (experience in food service / bakery / frozen foods will be an added advantage).
  • Passion for sales with proven track record.
