Fiber Practice Head

Job Description

• Lead the growth of the Fiber portfolio and establish market leadership in Fiber services.
• Develop and execute growth strategy for Fiber portfolio in order to scale Fiber capabilities and financials.
• Establish strategic partnerships with data center operators and enterprise clients.
• Collaborate across engineering, network planning and operations teams.
• Lead new Fiber product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee fiber infrastructure planning and implementation for Fiber portfolio.
• Ensure seamless customer experience with support teams.

Job Requirements

• 15 to 20 years experience in fiber/telecommunication leadership
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, Finance or any relevant field
• Expertise in fiber and transmision network architecture, design, implementation and operations
• Strong team leadership experience.
• Knowledge in telecommunication regulations and compliance
• Experience in enterprise, wholesale and FTTx fiber product development and management
