Facility Manager (Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the proper upkeep of company premises, buildings, and equipment to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
• Regularly assess safety standards and manage upgrades or renovations as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain precise records of equipment inventory, along with history of maintenance and repairs.
• Develop, enforce, and update policies related to workplace safety and health.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive emergency protocols for unexpected situations.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in facilities management and EHS.
• Proven experience in managing plant maintenance and handling service contracts.
• Skilled in resource planning, team management, training, and supervision.
• Strong communication skills with a high proficiency in English.
