Enterprise Risk Management - Senior

I am partnering with a global bank and they are looking to onboard an Enterprise Risk Senior to drive and strenghten their ERM department. In this role, you'll design and enhance risk management framework, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.With opportunities to collaborate across business units and drive strategic outcomes, this position is perfect for a proactive, analytical thinker with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and enhancing the risk management framework, including controls and processes.
• Establishing early risk identification processes with relevant metrics and indicators.
• Assessing risk exposure and creating mitigation measures and continuously monitoring the effectiveness of controls and providing regular risk reports.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of proven working experience in risk governance, preferably in a regulated financial services business.
• Profound knowledge of global regulatory risk management requirements for the financial sector especially BNM & MAS.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management methods, procedures, and processes, including best practices for risk governance.
• Able to develop KRIs and risk control management frameworks.
