Enterprise & Climate Risk

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Head of Enterprise & Climate Risk in managing Group's Climate Risk function and CRMSA compliance.
• Provide structured consultation to integrate climate risk tools into existing strategies and processes.
• Align strategy, processes, and resources to evaluate and manage risks holistically.
• Establish a framework to understand and manage significant risks to achieve Group objectives.
• Support projects like Risk Limit Alignment and Climate Risk.
• Work with business units to align risk strategy with corporate objectives.
• Establish Enterprise-Wide Risk Appetite integrated with Strategic Planning.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 9 years of experience in risk management
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel, FRS, CRMSA)
