District Manager (Sarawak)

Our client is a well-known Food & Beverage establishment and is looking for a District Manager to oversee the Miri - Bintulu territory outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting goals, developing and driving strategic and operational plans to ensure effective execution and outlet operations.
• Driving engagement, development, and performance of all team members.
• Establishing clear expectations and delegating key responsibilities and practices to team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
• Reviewing outlet environments to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of retail operations experience in the F&B industry.
• Must be Sarawakian and residing in Miri.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Team player and critical thinker.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
