Customer Solutions Pricing Lead (24-hour shift)

Our client is one of the leading companies when it comes to the logistics industry. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Customer Solutions Pricing Lead to join their growing company. This role will be based in Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for leading the customer quotation process with accuracy, efficiency, and a clear strategic emphasis.
• Work closely with logistics partners, such as pickup/delivery agents and commercial airlines, to secure precise and competitive pricing.
• Create and implement pricing strategies that strike a balance between profitability and market competitiveness, ensuring proposals align with customer expectations.
• Provide well-prepared and comprehensive quotations within set deadlines, taking full responsibility for the entire process.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Willing to work SHIFT HOURS. *MUST HAVE*
• Previous experience in freight forwarding and/or transportation is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a logistics, freight forwarding, or customer-facing role with direct responsibility in pricing and quoting.
• Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in financial modelling and market research.
