Critical Operations: Electrical (Data Centres)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and provide electrical expertise on technical documents throughout the data center lifecycle to reduce risks and enhance processes.
• Oversee design reviews and manage commissioning for new and modified data centers.
• Improve and standardize operational and maintenance procedures for data centers to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct solution reviews and risk assessments for critical changes.
• Lead operational audits to maintain high standards.
• Offer technical support during major incidents.
• Resolve complex electrical issues and analyze root causes of equipment failures.
• Evaluate the capabilities of electrical equipment suppliers.
• Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions and collaborate on energy-saving projects.
• Provide regional support for data centers in the APAC region.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior electrical engineer in data centers or critical facilities.
• Expertise in troubleshooting electrical equipment like switchgear, generators, and UPS systems.
• Knowledge of data center systems and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
