Creative Team Lead

Join one of the leading F&B brands as part of their regional team as a Creative Team Lead, where you'll play a critical role in supporting campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process incoming creative requests to ensure clarity in briefs and timely delivery.
• Develop clear workflows for the team and align expectations with internal stakeholders to manage resource allocation and process optimisation.
• Conduct assessment of finished products to screen for accuracy and alignment with creative brief.
• Maintenance and consistent updates to project management system to provide process transparency and timeliness.
• Lead and support team development to grow competencies, improve efficiency, and drive performance excellency.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Creative Design, or similar.
• Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or similar role within marketing/creative agencies of similar, with at least 2 years of team lead experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experienced in working with project management systems.
• Proactive with strong stakeholder and time management skills.
