Consumer Insights Manager

Job description

Join one of the growing snacks & confectionary market leaders as a Consumer Insights Manager, leading data-driven business decisions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies to support business strategies and decision-making in areas such as budget allocations and campaign initiatives.
  • Collate and analyse market findings to drive new product development and enhancement.
  • Monitor new market trends and consumer behaviours to work closely with the marketing team and improve market knowledge as well as competitive edge.
  • Lead research projects to identify market gaps and support product activities, coordinating with the R&D and marketing teams.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics/Economics or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a market research, market insights, or similar role.
  • Has prior experience working with Nielsen and Kantar.
  • Strong analytical skills with business acumen.
  • Able to work collaboratively and manage stakeholders.
