Client Relations Specialist - Life Insurance

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and retention opportunities.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted retention campaigns.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
  • Monitor customer feedback and make improvements based on insights.
  • Provide personalized support to high-value customers to improve their experience.
  • Prepare and present retention metrics and progress reports to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer retention, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
