Business Support (FRESH GRAD) MANDARIN PROFICIENCY

My MNC client, a well known organization within the FI Industry is undergoing a massive expansion and due to this, they are seeking Business Admin - Product Analyst to support this growth. You will be part of a great team which emphasizes on a good working culture!

• Support Consultants with insurance product illustration comparisons.
• Maintain and update comparison templates.
• Monitor insurance product promotion campaigns.
• Collaborate daily with the sales operations team to meet sales consultants' comparison needs.
• Prepare and review onboarding materials for new insurance products for committee approval.
• Conduct training sessions on new products for sales consultants and the sales operations team.
• Generate reports for tracking sales activities and management reporting.

Qualifications:

• Degree in any discipline. Open to fresh graduates.
• MUST be able to read and write in Chinese as major clients are Chinese.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and proactive in managing daily tasks efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Skilled in building rapport and using diplomacy and tact.
• Adaptable to change.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts. Additional language skills are a plus.
