Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for multiple roles for the positions for - Business Finance Analyst / Junior FP&A (Open for accountant to apply)


General Job Responsibilities

  • Take Charge in Analysis work within various aspect (Commission, Cost, Pricing, PPV, Profit)
  • Support the organization by providing accurate and meaningful data analysis to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Scope of analysis are to support the strategic, tactical and operational processes in area of finance and working capital management.
  • Support the Group's Vision "First in Mind and First in Choice" by focusing on and continuously promoting and developing a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture within the organization
  • Ability to work with sales, operations, and business management to develop complex financial models to assist in driving and managing our business in the region.
  • Work with the Business Finance network / Regional Accounting Hub and other stakeholders in the business to deliver end to end process improvement and drive up the quality of both reporting and analysis.
  • uses data analytics to evaluate processes, identify requirements, and provide data-driven reports and suggestions to executives and stakeholders.


Main Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience from either Finance analyst / Accounting background
  • This role is open for pure GL Reporting / reporting accountant background who is interested to apply
  • Opportunity to step into a giant international MNC
  • Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications such as ICAEW/ACCA/CPA/MIA will be advantageous
  • Able to work well with the team in a fast paced MNC environment
  • Prior experience in SSC / International MNC environment will be advantageous
