Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the food and beverage industry, with a particular focus on plant-based products. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the plant-based milk industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of the plant-based milk market and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
