Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Achieve solution sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide strategic guidance in Solution Sales.
• Create solution proposals, manage pricing, and oversee bids.
• Develop sales strategies for key verticals and engage with strategic clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and recommend product bundling strategies.
• Manage the solution innovation portfolio and propose product enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure cross-department collaboration for sales and delivery success.
• Advise project teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Dynamic and engaging, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
• Highly inquisitive, proactive, and a strong team player with a deep sense of ownership and accountability.
• Resourceful and innovative in developing solution sales strategies.
• Well-versed in current solution sales markets and emerging technology trends.
• Demonstrates leadership by example and collaborates effectively with demanding stakeholders, including account management, product teams, presales, management, and customers.
• Intermediate knowledge of Telco, ISP, or IT solutions and products.
• Strong ICT sales performance track record in key verticals such as FSI, Manufacturing, O&G, Hospitality, Government, or other industries.
