Business Analyst (Digital Transformation)

Job Responsibilities

• Define and clarify business requirements into actionable user stories and criteria, then confirm these with stakeholders.
• Work with technical teams in Agile to refine, plan, and estimate tasks; ensure completed work is reviewed by Product Owners before UAT.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT to ensure all requirements are understood and documented clearly.
• Identify discrepancies between current and future processes to support effective business change and training.
• Coordinate across different teams to ensure that requirements create a smooth customer journey.
• Utilize data to validate decisions and requirements whenever feasible.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in supporting essential business systems.
• Expertise in business processes within specific areas.
• Skilled in designing effective application solutions for business needs.
• Familiar with enterprise architecture and how different technology areas integrate.
• Proficient in designing business processes and using structured analysis methods.
• Experienced in the complete lifecycle of application development, from design to rollout.
• Background in retail or consulting
• Knowledgeable about the specific business sector and technical field.
• Understanding of the business objectives and KPIs related to the technical product.
• Experienced in developing scalable and adaptable software solutions to address business issues.
