Key responsibilities

• Develops requirements documents, use cases, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and mockups within both traditional SDLC and Agile frameworks.
• Create new systems and processes by evaluating requirements, developing workflow charts and diagrams, assessing system capabilities, and drafting specifications.
• Work closely with IT managers to provide best solutions

Key requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HR IT business functions requirement gathering & implementation
• Knowledge in SAP Success factors and Eightfold
• Expert in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, JIRA , confluence
• Understanding of business processes in HR IT functions and their sub-functions, such as L&D, TA, HR Ops, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Inclusive Practices, and more.
