Brand Manager (Oncology/Cardiovascular)

Our client is a leading name in the generic drug business and is seeking 2 Brand Managers to join their team, each role to be handling the Cardiovascular and Oncology portfolio respectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing robust marketing insights to the Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus.
• Leading the tactical design and implementation of multi-channel marketing initiatives to strengthen marketing campaigns and improve stakeholder engagements.
• Managing promotional budgets to optimize channel-mix strategies for all marketing initiatives and cross-functional campaigns.
• Working closely with sales, regulatory, market access, and business development teams for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Supporting the product listing for institutions (government and private hospitals).

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand and product management in healthcare/pharmaceuticals.
• Prior experience in Oncology/Hematology OR Cardiovascular/Diabetes/Nephrology portfolio is mandatory.
• Proven experience in effective brand planning and management.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry business, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
