Brand Manager (Martell, Champagne and luc Belaire)

My client is French multinational company in the luxury brand, seeking a Brand Manager to join their team


Responsibilities

  • Conduct brand reviews and strategic workshops to identify key issues and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement brand strategies and plans, including detailed marketing action plans with clear KPIs.
  • Participate in 3-year strategic planning and global brand positioning.
  • Lead and evaluate ATL and BTL activities, and develop annual media and communication plans.
  • Collaborate with sales and trade-marketing functions to develop channel-specific marketing activities and support brand distribution and growth.
  • Collect and share market intelligence, monitor and control A&P spend, and engage consumer communities to generate advocacy.
  • Supervise agency performance and project implementation, set KPIs, and measure advocacy among target groups.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Brand experience or similar role. Experience within the F&B / retail / FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
  • Experience working with luxury brands will be advantageous.
