Brand Manager

Job description

A renowned beverage FMCG is seeking for a Brand Manager to join their team as part of their business expansion for a new brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual brand plan along with marketing strategies to drive market penetration and increased brand presence.
  • Manage brand A&P to ensure effective utilization for brand initiatives.
  • Work closely with retail partners to align and ensure brand guidelines are met for brand activations.
  • Develop creative ATL and BTL initiatives to support sales team to drive brand distribution.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a brand marketing role or similar within the FMCG industry.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be advantageous).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
