Brand Manager

Job description

A well established FMCG is seeking for a Brand Manager to join them in supporting their ambient category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand planning and marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and growth in the market.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing and sales team to ensure brand alignment and effective target marketing strategies.
  • Manage the A&P budget and work closely with marketing agencies to ensure effective marketing costs.
  • Work closely with marketing manager in leading brand initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a brand marketing role or similar within the FMCG industry (prior experience in managing dairy, ambient, or similar category will be an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
