Bancassurance Trainer

Job description

Key Duties:

  • Design and deliver training programs for bancassurance sales staff.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Assess and monitor the performance of sales representatives, offering constructive feedback and actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with the sales management team to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide relevant training content.
  • Assist in formulating sales strategies and plans to achieve business targets.
  • Promote a positive and motivating work environment to boost team morale and productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bancassurance sales or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of bancassurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
