Assistant Manager/Finance Manager

Your Key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the reporting team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial transactions. Include managing daily operations, developing and enhancing SOPs, leading and mentoring a finance team, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role also involves identifying best practices in financial processes, monitoring KPIs, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting and risk management.

This role is ideal for a forward-thinking professional looking to drive operational excellence and lead a dynamic team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA) preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in related field
• Leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of financial regulations
• Experience with a Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firm will be an added advantage
