APAC Service Delivery Manager

If you are a service delivery manager who is familiar with working with escalating L3 tickets to vendors, negotiating for software licenses and able to work on a global stage, then this is the position for you!

In this position you will be working closely with L3 support teams to assist them with escalating tickets to vendors and ensuring that they are able to hit SLA's to expected levels and negotiate with them over contracts and pricing. Familiarity with Microsoft products is a must as this person will have to be able to understand what needs to implemented on a global level.
