Aftersales Specialist - Industrial Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical expertise to customers across the SEA region.
• Maximizing aftersales revenue with key customers.
• Maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers.
• Identify opportunities and market intel through knowledge of the industry.
• Handling the preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, and tenders.
• Preparing monthly sales reports.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Relevant Sales/Aftersales experience with industrial automation products.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Additional language skills would be an advantage.
