Advanced Support Engineer

This position would be for an American MNC IT Solutions company that has an office based in the heart of KL. This role would involve performing installations and upgrades for voice recording equipment and work with incident management teams to solve problems as they arise

This position would require a candidate who is experience with the following

* NICE or Verint voice recording technology.
* Any form of tertiary education

Additionally, experience with SQL, MySQL or certifications such as CCNA or JNCP will give candidates better chances of success in their application.
